The selected candidate will actively participate in the management of residential assets with the aim of maximizing their value.
As part of the Asset Management team within the Residential Real Estate division, the candidate will mainly be responsible for the following:
Development and implementation of value-add strategies for the assets under management
Preparation of the business plan and monitoring of budgets and P&L
Proposals to improve management, quality, and operational efficiency
Operational, qualitative, and financial analysis of results
CapEx control
Research and analysis of trends across different markets
Preparation of investor reporting and materials for internal committees
Coordination with property managers and internal and external advisors of the company
Analysis and monitoring of performance versus the market and competitors
Support in contract negotiations
At least 3–5 years of previous professional experience
Prior experience in real estate, asset management, or property management
Degree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Architecture, or Data Analytics
Languages: Spanish and advanced English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting

POSITION: We are seeking to add a Senior Analyst/Associate to the Private Equity Growth & Value-add Infrastructure investment team.
MISSION: Support the team across all stages of the investment process (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, portfolio management, etc.) for investments carried out by both the Growth PE vehicle and the Value-add Infrastructure fund.

The selected candidate will coordinate investor due diligence processes and information requests (RFPs) and provide support to the fund structuring team.
They will also participate in project coordination and other day-to-day functions of the team. The role involves direct interaction with institutional investors and collaboration with internal teams (compliance, risk, operations, legal, and investment), therefore effective communication and strong cross-functional coordination skills are essential.
Manage and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and information requests (RFIs/RFPs).
Coordinate information gathering with internal teams (compliance, risk, operations, legal, and investment).
Maintain up-to-date standard responses and supporting documentation database.
Support the review of legal documentation related to fund structures, NDAs, subscription agreements, side letters, and other contracts.
Assist in coordinating regulatory aspects, including analyses related to investment vehicles and/or investors across different jurisdictions.
Coordinate interactions with external service providers (AIFMs, administrators, depositaries, auditors).
Oversee key deadlines and deliverables in the implementation of new investment vehicles and other projects.
Prepare checklists and progress reports.
Conduct weekly project follow-ups.
Organize legal documentation for investment vehicles and investors.
Prepare presentations and materials for internal committees and investor meetings.
Support recurring reporting to investors and internal departments.
Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of prior experience in a law firm, asset manager, fund administrator, or Big 4 (audit/consulting in asset management).
High level of English (minimum C1), written and spoken; other languages will be positively valued.
Knowledge of the regulatory and operational framework for alternative investment funds across different jurisdictions (Spain, Luxembourg, or others) will be an asset.
Familiarity with standard investor questionnaires (ILPA, INREV, ALFI, etc.) and institutional due diligence.
Excellent writing and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and versatile attitude, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and learn quickly in a dynamic and demanding environment.
