Fundraising & Strategy - Senior Associate

MISSION: The team is in charge of actively searching for new investors, as well as maintaining the relation and developing new projects with the existing investor base of the vehicles managed by Azora Group. It also participates in the design and development of the Group strategy through new vehicles and investment themes.

 

FUNCTIONS: The selected person will primarily perform the following functions:

 

- Support in relations with existing investors.

- Support in the prospecting for new investors

- Maintenance/updating of own databases (investors/assets under management)

- Updating of third party databases (pension fund advisors)

- Support in the creation of corporate presentations and teasers for new vehicles

- Support in the negotiation and closing of investment vehicles

- Support in the preparation of press releases

 

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous professional experience of 6-7 years

- Previous experience in fundraising and/or investor relations.

- Languages: Very good level of English (spoken and written). Other languages are desirable.

- Extensive experience in the preparation of corporate presentations and financial modelling.

 

COMPETENCES

- Analytical and financial skills (in order to assess the viability of new investment vehicles/theses).

- Initiative and proactivity

- Communication with impact and influence, oral and written, to be able to lead direct relationships with investors. Good written communication skills

 

Senior Investment Associate - Multistrategy

POSITION: Multistrategy Investment Associate

MISSION: Actively assist the team in all phases of the Multistrategy investment process (screening, investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, deal closings, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES: The selected candidate will play an active role in all investment opportunities in Spain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying trends and potential new investment opportunities
  • Analyzing and monitoring market trends across various sectors
  • Preparing business plans
  • Developing financial models
  • Analyzing and preparing documentation for proposed investments and creating presentations for the Board and Investment Committees
  • Participating in due diligence processes
  • Assisting in the negotiation of contractual documents
  • Supporting and coordinating deal closings
  • Monitoring the performance of completed investments
  • Contributing to the development of new investment vehicles and strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 4–7 years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic consulting, or real estate consulting
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
  • Languages: Advanced Spanish and English
  • Skills: Financial modeling expertise
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

POSITION: Multistrategy Investment Analyst
